The Director, Programme Operations will lead high-quality programme delivery, team management, and cross-functional coordination at The Opentree Foundation. This senior leadership role blends strategic direction with operational execution: overseeing programme design, field operations, coordinating with finance, M&E, and systems. The Director will strengthen structures, processes, and accountability for impact at scale, mentor teams, ensure compliance, and drive collaboration across departments. The Manager/Sr. Manager, HR & Admin will lead all HR and administrative functions at The Opentree Foundation, building systems from scratch while managing daily operations. This hands-on leadership role includes recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, grievance handling, compliance, and office administration. The role demands initiative, independence, and strong people skills to foster a positive culture. The ideal candidate is a builder and executor who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence to create efficient, people-centered systems and a thriving workplace. This role includes supporting fundraising, donor management, communications, and volunteer engagement. The role involves developing proposals, managing donor relationships, coordinating reporting, and creating impact-driven communication materials. The Assistant Manager, Communications at The Opentree Foundation will help shape the organisation’s brand through storytelling, campaigns, reports, and digital engagement. Co-Founder, Shweta Chari shares the journey of the The Opentree Foundation beginning with a simple belief that it is easier to build strong children than repair broken adults. Today, TOF empowers 2,00,000+ children daily through play, and offers them safe spaces to engage in developmentally appropriate play sessions and play-based activities conducted by trained play facilitators.
